About Our Management Team
Mr. Kidwell is a Telecom industry veteran with many distinguished accomplishments. Previously, he was responsible for leading, developing and growing two privately held, investor-owned companies. Through a combination of internal growth and outside acquisition, John was primarily responsible for building these modest companies into $250-million-plus businesses. His creativity and business acumen significantly increased value for ownership. John is a Harvard graduate, and earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Theobald has overall responsibility for Phoenix Telecom Solutions. With more than 20 years of management experience in the Telecommunications industry, Doug is an established leader with a proven track-record of accomplishments. Prior to joining Phoenix, Doug served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Telmar Network Technology where he ran the Procurement, Operations, Quality and Sales organizations and was instrumental in the Jabil acquisition of Telmar. Doug’s domain expertise, technical background and understanding of the complexities inherent in supply chain and repair markets positions Phoenix for exceptional growth.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Styskal brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Phoenix Telecom Solutions with more than 12 of those years in the Telecom environment. As CFO, Mr. Styskal is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and monitoring financial performance. Prior to joining Phoenix, Kelly served as Group Controller for the Telecom sector of Jabil’s Aftermarket Services Group. Previously, Kelly served as Controller/Director of Finance at Telmar Network Technology for more than 10 years. Kelly started his career with Arthur Andersen & Company in Omaha, Nebraska where he obtained his CPA license. Kelly has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
Vice President of Professional Services
Mr. Geier has over 20 years of Professional Services and operations experience including start up, acquisition and growth. Doug has been instrumental in the growth of Phoenix both from an operational and business development standpoint. Prior to assuming the role of VP of Professional services, Doug led all operations for Phoenix. Doug comes to Phoenix from Cardinal Health, a fortune 20 company where he was an Operations Manager for a 500,000 square foot distribution center. Prior to his position at Cardinal Health, Doug served as Vice President of Operations for Lucor (LUCR). Previous to his appointment as Vice President, he served as Director of Operations and Regional Sales and Operations Manager for Lucor. Doug has been recognized twice as National Operator of the Year and Franchisee of the year.
